Booking for the Retreat
Please book before 26rd February 2016 – the earlier the better, to help our preparations.
There are two parts to booking:
1. Sending us the Booking Form.
2. Paying either a deposit or the full fee in advance.
1. Booking Form:
Please download Booking Form PDF file from here – Download Booking Form – and save it on your computer.
Open PDF file, fill in the form and save it. When completed, either email or print out and post it:
Email to: the Shefayat of your country, and copy to office@sufihealingorder.info so we can co-ordinate attendance.
You will find a list of the Shefayats and their email addresses in the “Contacts” section of this webpage.
Post to: Jane Farr, Sufi Healing Order, 74 Kent Road, Swindon SN1 3NW, UK.
This is the admin postal address. Jane will scan copies of all forms received by post to the relevant country’s Shefayat.
2. Payment:
Full Retreat 3 days: Deposit: 75€ (£60) Full Fee: 140€ (£107)
Attending for 2 days: Deposit: 50€ (£38) Full Fee: 100€ (£76)
Attending for 1 day: Deposit: 25€ (£16) Full Fee: 50€ (£38)
